
Skillet Parmesan Croutons with a Kick Recipe
Forget the bagged stuff. These stove-top croutons are crunchy, cheesy and kissed with heat.
Ingredients:
2 cups cubed french bread (we use a 3-cheese french bread from our local market)
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Dabbadoo Chili Oil
Pinch of sea salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Heat both oils in a skillet over medium heat.
Add bread cubes and toast, stirring occasionally for 5–7 minutes.
Once golden, sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese over cubes.
Continue browning for a few minutes. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan over the croutons and finish cooking for a few more minutes.
Dab Tip: Serve over soups or salads—or just eat them straight from the pan. No judgment.
