Are your products vegan?
Yes, Dabbadoo oil is 100% vegan.
Do your products have any chemicals, additives, or GMOs?
Our oils are 100% chili peppers and olive oil, free from any chemicals, additives, and Non-GMO.
How spicy is Dabbadoo?
It’s got a nice kick, but it won’t burn your face off. The Ancho chilis bring a deep, smoky warmth, while the Arbol chilis add a lively heat. It’s a balanced spice level that enhances food without overpowering it.
Billing and Orders
Do you take all forms of payment?
We currently support Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery Card payments through our website. Unfortunately, debit cards cannot be accepted at this time.
Can I change the order I just made?
Changes may only be made to an order within 24 hours by emailing customerservice@dabbadooil.com. We process orders quickly but will do our best to accommodate your request.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled in your account up to 20 mins after order completion. Once you receive your confirmation email with a tracking number, it will no longer be possible to cancel your order. Please email customerservice@dabbadooil.com
Will I get a receipt for my order?
Yes, once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
What if my credit card statement does not match my Dabbadoo receipt?
We apologize for the inconvenience, please email customerservice@dabbadooil.com with details of your transaction and we will respond within 1-2 business days.
Shipping
What are our Shipping Rates?
Free standard shipping on orders over $20
$8 flat rate standard shipping on orders under $20
You may select to have a signature required upon delivery. Express or Overnight shipping is available to select for an additional fee depending on the shipping destination.
What if I have not received my order?
We apologize for the inconvenience, please email customerservice@dabbadooil.com and we will assist with tracking your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Priority USPS shipping will take 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time for any holidays.
What is your shipping process and timing?
All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days during normal business hours Monday through Friday. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to activate once processed. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is emailed to you upon your order being processed. We use USPS Priority for US orders and an Express option may available for an additional charge. The estimated delivery times for ‘USPS Priority Mail’ is 1-3 business days once you have received the shipping confirmation with a tracking number. These times are provided by our service provider and we are not responsible for items arriving after that time frame. USPS orders are occasionally subject to delays.
Do you gift-wrap?
Sorry gift-wrapping is not available at this time.

Do you ship to Alaska?
Yes, we ship to Alaska. Please allow for slightly longer shipping times.
Returns and Refund Policy
What is your return policy?
We have put a lot of effort to ensure the highest quality experience with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied or have any issues with our products, please complete the Contact form and we will respond within 24-48 hours.
How long do I have to request a refund?
Returns for a full refund will be accepted within 30 days from purchase for any sealed, unopened product.
How can I be refunded for my purchase?
Refunds can only be processed to the original form of payment.
