Shipping policy

All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days during normal business hours Monday through Friday. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to activate once processed.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is emailed to you upon your order being processed. We use USPS Priority for US orders, an Express option is available for an additional charge. Gift wrapping is not available at this time.

The estimated delivery times for ‘USPS Priority Mail’ is 1-3 business days once you have received the shipping confirmation with a tracking number. These times are provided by our service provider and we are not responsible for items arriving after that time frame. USPS orders are occasionally subject to delays.

Once an order has been placed, changes may only be to an order within 24 hours by emailing customerservice@dabbadooil.com. We process orders quickly but will do our best to accommodate your request.
