Roasted to perfection and kissed with a Dabbadoo chili oil kick — cauliflower never had it so
good.


Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Dabbadoo Chili Oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: bread crumbs, chopped parsley


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, Dabbadoo Chili oil, salt, and pepper. Add bread crumbs if you’re looking for an extra crunch! Spread florets on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes. Carefully remove pan and turn over the florets. Finish baking for another 15-20 minutes until crispy and browned. Finish with parsley if you’re feeling fancy.
