Breakfast just got bold. These creamy scrambled eggs pack a punch thanks to Dabbadoo’s fiery charm.


Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 tbsp milk or cream
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp butter
1–2 tsp Dabbadoo Chili Oil (plus extra for drizzling)


Instructions:
Gently whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
Just before you add the eggs, drizzle in a little Dabbadoo chili oil.
Pour in the eggs and stir slowly with a spatula.
Serve soft and silky with a final dab on top.


Dab Tip: Killer on toast, even better with avocado.
